Bruno is an adorable 4 yr old neutered male Shih Tzu who was owner surrendered for ?cost?. As you can see, he is 14 lbs of pure cuteness! He his very loving, affectionate and is eager to please. He loves attention and adores people, kids and other dogs and likes to play with his kennel mates. We have no idea why this wonderful dog didn't get adopted in Miami, we can only think it's because they had tons of Shih Tzus at this time and not all can be adopted. We were suppose to get three Shih Tzus. One got pulled the day before the transport because he got sick; Buddy (1.5 yrs) already got adopted and now Bruno is the only Shih Tzu left from the Miami transport, but we're sure he won't last long, being such an awesome little boy! He is one of our 22 "Death Row Dogs" from the East Coast that were to be euthanized, they were taken off the adoption room floor and literally had hours until death for no fault of their own...just because of overcrowding, no homes and to make room for new incoming dogs. But because of this great program and hardwork of the East Coast staff, our staff and volunteers that we were able to save these wonderful, friendly, affectionate, sweet dogs ...we would like to thank our donors, its' because of their donations that we were able to take ALL the dogs on the "Most Urgent List".
