Refinancing - Zillow Mortgage Advice

I'm in the Reno area. ?purchased a house for 1mm with 20% down back in 07. ?Zillow now puts it at about 650-680k. ?Balance is at about 725 . ?Current rate 6.25% held with nationsstar mtg. Jumbo /non freddie/fannie.

Excelent credit, never a late payment. ? Do I have any options these days aside from coming up with $180K to get 20% LTV on a $680k appraisal ?
