I have to say, I missed most of the Netflix price-hike flap ? I was out getting a new hip. ?I?m a streaming-only customer anyway so it really hasn?t affected me. ?And I know I?m a little late to the story, but I absolutely love the apology video. ?I don?t know if the fact that they seemed to have recorded this with an iPhone in a parking lot is endearing or insane.
