After nearly a year and a half in her LA abode, actress Olivia Wilde?she of House, Tron, and boys' dorm room walls?is asking $2.495M for the Spanish-style villa she picked up just after splitting with her Italian aristocrat ex-husband. According to Real Estalker, Wilde dropped $2.295M on the place in March 2011, about a month before the pair listed their Venice, Calif., beach house. Last month Wilde was looking to rent out the 3,284 square-foot villa for $11K/month, but whatever the reason?like perhaps a relocation to NYC??she's now looking to unload the 4-bedroom abode for good. Anyway, the circa 1929 home is brimming with classically Californian details like stained glass windows, lofty beamed ceilings, wrought iron fixtures, and ceramic Malibu tile aplenty.
